Program Overview:

Please note: all recipes are 100% plant-based and gluten-free.

Week One — Elimination + Preparation

This week is all about clearing space. We gently remove inflammatory foods while flooding your body with plant-powered nutrition to boost energy, reduce bloating, and support overall well-being. You’ll begin establishing foundational habits that prepare your system for deeper cleansing in Week Two.

Week Two — Cleanse Week

Choose the cleansing method that best fits your body and lifestyle:
5-Day Juice Cleanse (Optional): Follow our at-home juicing guidelines or order fresh, cold-pressed juices from a local juicery.
5-Day Solid Food Cleanse: Stick to our structured, plant-forward meal plan designed to support detoxification while keeping you grounded and nourished.

Both paths promote clarity, digestion, and a reset from the inside out.

Week Three — Transitional Reintroduction

This week focuses on intentionally transitioning out of the cleanse. You’ll reintroduce specific food groups one at a time with guided structure so you can tune into how each food makes you feel. The goal: identify what nourishes your body best and gain clarity for your long-term lifestyle habits.

Week Four — Integration + Lifestyle Reset

With your system feeling lighter and clearer, Week Four teaches you how to sustain your results. You’ll continue eating within a flexible cleanse framework while practicing mindful add-ins, rebuilding your routine, and shaping a lifestyle you can maintain long after the program ends.


Food Options:

1. Prepare Your Own Meals

Follow the cleanse meal plans and recipes provided to you at no additional cost. All plans are designed to be simple, delicious, and fully plant-based.

2. Have Plant Prepare All of Your Meals

Enjoy the convenience of chef-prepared, cleanse-approved meals (3 meals + 2 snacks per day).

3. Have Plant Prepare Some of Your Meals

Mix-and-match the support you need:

Breakfasts only:

4. Optional: Week Two Juice Cleanse

If you choose to participate in the 5-day juice cleanse during Week Two, you may:
• Make your juices at home following our provided guidelines, or
• Order fresh, cold-pressed juices from a local juice bar that we have partnered with.

Please note: the juice cleanse is completely optional. You may continue with the solid-food plan instead.


Recommended Superfoods + Supplements: (optional)  

The following superfoods are listed as optional recommendations in our 21-day program but they are sure to boost your energy and your overall experience! You may select to order them through plant, to get them on your own, or to skip them completely. If you order them through plant we will have them for you to pick up at our first event + packet pick up or they will be mailed to you if you are out of state.

  1. Chlorella $16- protein rich algae providing complete amino acid chains and essential fatty acids.

  2. Blue Majik $48- blue-green algae known for its ability to relieve discomfort, inflammation, and support overall bone and joint health.

  3. Aloe Vera Juice $22- antioxidant rich juice which lowers inflammation, aids incleansing your intestinal lining, and improves digestion.

  4. Liquid Chlorophyll $26- mineral rich superfood that supports oxygenation of the body, healthy bones, increased energy, and overall vitality.

How this works + what to expect:

  1. Register online by 5pm on January 1st and be sure to specify if you are going to cook yourselves or order food from Plant! If you are going to cook from home, you will be fully paid once you register online and pay the online program fee. If you select for Plant to make your meals, please note that all food payment requests will be sent via invoice after registration.

  2. If you are living out of state, you can select to have your book mailed to you. If you live in state, you will be invited to join us for an in-person “packet pick up.”

  3. A welcome email will be sent on Thursday, January 2nd with additional information, the full program schedule, and more.

  4. Once registered, we ask you to go ahead and download the “GroupMe” app on your cell phones so you are ready to go once we add you into the private thread for all participants as well as add hello@eatatplant.com to your email contacts so our emails do not go to spam.

Cleanse Kickoff Event — 2:30pm
A grounding and energizing start to your program.
You’ll gather as a group for supplement pick-up, a short kickoff meeting, and a restorative sound bath to begin your cleanse with clarity and intention.

Program Overview:

  • The goal of this program is to learn how to feel your best and keep the balance amidst summer vacations, cookouts, and celebrations. Health is simple when we learn how to balance it all, and this program will provide you with the tools and resources to feel your best no matter what season of life you’re in!

  • This program consists of daily goals around food, water, and movement. While it will challenge you and push you outside of your comfort zone, it is easy enough to do while you are traveling or living a busy schedule.

  • Please note that this program is very flexible and does not include a strict meal plan. It can be done from anywhere!

Meal Prep Options:

You may select to do all of your own meal prepping at home and simply follow our recommendations, or you may select to have plant do some or all of the meal prep for you.

  1. All smoothies + milk $90 per week if paid upfront, or $100 per week if paid weekly.

  2. All salads $100 per week if paid upfront, or $110 per week if paid weekly.

  3. All smoothies + milk + salads $185 per week if paid upfront, or $200 per week if paid weekly.

Program Overview: *please note all recipes are plant-based and gluten free

  • Week One: Elimination/Preparation Plan. This week we focus on eliminating inflammatory foods while simultaneously flooding our system with plant-powered nutrition that will increase energy and overall well-being.

  • Week Two: Cleanse week! You may opt in to a 5-day juice cleanse OR you may opt to stick to solids and follow our 5-day food plan. If you choose the juice plan, you can juice at home following our guidelines or you can order fresh juices from another company.

  • Week Three: Transitional Plan. This week we will focus on transitioning out of the cleanse and prepare to go into a new lifestyle. We will be following a plan to add-in specific food groups one at a time so you are able to see how you feel and what foods work the best for your goals.

Food Options: 

  1. Prepare your own food and follow the meal plans and recipes provided to you at no additional cost.

  2. Select to have Plant prepare all of your meals (3 meals + 2 snacks per day) for an additional $315 + tax per week if paid up front / otherwise $365 per week if paid weekly.

  3. Select to have Plant prepare some of your meals:

    1. $100 per week for breakfasts only if paid up front / otherwise $125 per week if paid weekly.

    2. $100 per week for lunches only if paid up front / otherwise $125 per week if paid weekly.

    3. $100 per week for dinners only if paid up front / otherwise $125 per week if paid weekly.

If you wish to partake in the 5-day juice cleanse during week #2, you may make your own juices at home using our plan guidelines or you can order fresh juices from another company. Please note the juice cleanse portion is entirely optional.


Recommended Superfoods + Supplements: (optional)  

The following superfoods are listed as optional recommendations in our 21-day program but they are sure to boost your energy and your overall experience! You may select to order them through plant, to get them on your own, or to skip them completely. If you order them through plant we will have them for you to pick up at our first event + packet pick up or they will be mailed to you if you are out of state.


  1. Chlorella $16- protein rich algae providing complete amino acid chains and essential fatty acids.

  2. Blue Majik $48- blue-green algae known for its ability to relieve discomfort, inflammation, and support overall bone and joint health.

  3. Aloe Vera Juice $22- antioxidant rich juice which lowers inflammation, aids in cleansing your intestinal lining, and improves digestion.

  4. Liquid Chlorophyll $26- mineral rich superfood that supports oxygenation of the body, healthy bones, increased energy, and overall vitality.

How this works + what to expect:

  1. Register online by January 1st and be sure to specify if you are going to cook yourselves or order food from Plant! If you are going to cook from home, you will be fully paid once you register online and pay the $299 program fee. If you select for Plant to make your meals, you can choose to pay up-front at the discounted rate of $315 per week, or you may select to pay weekly at the regular rate of $365 per week. (Please note that all food payment requests will be sent via invoice after registration.)

  2. If you are living out of state, you can select to have your book mailed to you. If you live in state, you will be invited to join us for an in-person “packet pick up” and meet & greet where you will pick up your booklet and meet the team who will be supporting your cleanse. If you select to purchase the recommended superfoods, you will also pick these up with your booklets.

  3. A welcome email will be sent on Thursday, January 2nd with additional information and links to the first zoom meeting.

  4. Once registered, we ask you to go ahead and download the “GroupMe” app on your cell phones so you are ready to go once we add you into the private thread for all participants as well as add hello@eatatplant.com to your email contacts so our emails do not go to spam.

Join us for an elegant evening under the stars! Your evening will include a champagne toast amongst the community, a full tour of the farm, a 4-course farm-to-table meal, and live music to serenade you under the stars. This event only happens once a year and you won’t want to miss it!
