Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 1 as we celebrate 7 years of Plant with a full day of movement, wellness, music, food, and fun alongside some of our favorite community partners. All events are FREE!

Event Schedule:

• 7am - Group Running Event led by WAHOO! Running Group (Choose the 3.5 or 7 mile loop)

• 9am - Barre class inside the green house with Ciara (yoga mat needed)

• 12pm- Yoga class inside the green house with Shane (yoga mat needed)

• 1pm- Sound Bath inside the green house (yoga mat needed)

• 6-9pm - Vendor Pop-Ups

• 6:30-8:30pm Cookout party with live music
