We offer weekly and bi-weekly meal subscription plans that are delivered to your door! Starting as few as 3 meals per week.
FAQ:
What is the radius for delivery?
Our delivery fee covers up to 15 miles from plant. If you live further than 15 miles away from our store we may have to charge a higher delivery fee or request that you pick up, but please contact us with your address to confirm.
What is the deadline to order each week?
Your subscription order must be placed by 5pm on Sunday in order to receive your Tuesday delivery.
What meal options do I choose from each week?
As a subscription member, you have access to choose meals from our full cafe menu in addition to our weekly specials and featured items that are exclusive to our subscription community. You will receive an email every Friday with a list of weekly specials for the following weeks delivery. Remember, these specials are exclusive to you and cannot be ordered in-store. You must reply to this email by Sunday at 5pm with your meal requests.
How do I change my meals after my order is placed?
You will be contacted by a plant team member after you register for a subscription. Each week you will be able to send in your meal requests before Sunday at 5pm in order for those requests to be received for your Tuesday delivery.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription plan can be paused or canceled at anytime. Once you sign up for a subscription you will receive a link via email which will allow you to make those modifications or changes at anytime.
How long will my meals stay good for?
We recommend consuming your meals within 7 days of their delivery.
Can I pick up my meals instead of having them delivered?
Absolutely. If you choose to pick up instead of having them delivered, we will refund your delivery fee. Please let us know by Sunday at 5pm if you wish to pick up instead.
What are the meals delivered in?
We deliver all weekly subscription meals in an insulated and reusable plant grocery tote. This grocery tote is to be left on your porch each Tuesday so we can continue to reuse them. If you do not return the bag, we will assume you want to keep it and a $15 charge will be added to your account.
