Program Overview:

  • The goal of this program is to learn how to feel your best amidst summer vacations, cookouts, and celebrations. Health is simple when we learn how to balance it all, and this program will provide you with the tools and resources to feel your best no matter what season of life you’re in!

  • This program consists of daily goals around food, water, and movement. While it will challenge you and push you outside of your comfort zone, it is easy enough to do while you are traveling or living a busy schedule.

  • Please note that this program is very flexible and does not include a strict meal plan.

Meal Prep Options:

You may select to do all of your own meal prepping at home and simply follow our recommendations, or you may select to have plant do some or all of the meal prep for you.

  1. All smoothies + milk $85 per week if paid upfront, or $100 per week if paid weekly.

  2. All salads $95 per week if paid upfront, or $100 per week if paid weekly.

  3. All smoothies + milk + salads $170 per week if paid upfront, or $200 per week if paid weekly.

Recommended Superfoods + Supplements: (optional)  

The following superfoods are listed as optional recommendations in our 21-day program but they are sure to boost your energy and your overall experience! You may select to order them through plant, to get them on your own, or to skip them completely. If you order them through plant we will have them for you to pick up at our first event + packet pick up or they will be mailed to you if you are out of state.

  1. Chlorella $34- protein rich algae providing complete amino acid chains and essential fatty acids.

  2. Blue Majik $44- blue-green algae known for its ability to relieve discomfort,

    inflammation, and support overall bone and joint health.

  3. Aloe Vera Juice $24- antioxidant rich juice which lowers inflammation, aids in

    cleansing your intestinal lining, and improves digestion.

  4. Liquid Chlorophyll $22- mineral rich superfood that supports oxygenation of the body, healthy bones, increased energy, and overall vitality.

How this works + what to expect:

  1. Register online by June 4th and be sure to specify if you are going to cook yourselves or order food from Plant! If you are going to cook from home, you will be fully paid once you register online and pay the $99 program fee. If you select for Plant to make your meals, you can choose to pay up-front at the discounted rates, or you may select to pay weekly at the regular rates.(Please note that all food payment requests will be sent via invoice after registration.)

  2. If you are living out of state, you can select to have your book mailed to you. If you live in state, you will be invited to join us for an in-person “packet pick up” and meet & greet where you will pick up your booklet and meet the team who will be supporting your cleanse. (Please refer to the event schedule.) If you select to purchase the recommended superfoods, you will also pick these up with your booklets.

  3. A welcome email will be sent on Monday, June 5th with additional information and links to the first zoom meeting.

  4. Once registered, we ask you to go ahead and download the “GroupMe” app on your cell phones so you are ready to go once we add you into the private thread for all participants as well as add hello@eatatplant.com to your email contacts so our emails do not go to spam.

    • Thursday, June 8th: Kick off in-person meeting / superfood pick-up from 6-7pm at the midtown store location

    • Sunday, June 11th: Kick-off zoom call 7pm

    • Saturday, June 17th: in-person group fitness class at Barre3 Edmond at 12pm

    • Sunday, June 18th: weekly zoom call at 7pm

    • Saturday, June 24th:  in-person group fitness class at TBD

    • Sunday, June 25th: weekly zoom call at 7pm

    • Sunday, July 2nd: Group walk + breakfast at 10am
