Do I have to order meals from Plant?
No! You’ll receive a full meal plan and recipes if you prefer to cook at home.
Can I drink alcohol?
We recommend reducing or removing alcohol for best results.
Can I drink coffee?
We recommend reducing caffeine, but this program is designed to be flexible.
What if I’m still hungry?
Eat more. There are no restrictions on quantity—focus on whole, plant-based foods.
What if I am traveling?
No problem. This program is designed to be flexible and adaptable for summer schedules and travel.
Do I have to eat fully vegan?
No. The recipes we provide are plant based, but we also provide guidance on adding animal protein to our recipes for those who need it.
Recommended Superfoods + Supplements: (optional)
The following superfoods are listed as optional recommendations in our programs but they are sure to boost your energy and your overall experience! You may select to order them through plant, to get them on your own, or to skip them completely. If you order them through plant we will have them for you to pick up at your first meal pick up.
Chlorella $16- protein rich algae providing complete amino acid chains and essential fatty acids.
Blue Majik $48- blue-green algae known for its ability to relieve discomfort, inflammation, and support overall bone and joint health.
Aloe Vera Juice $22- antioxidant rich juice which lowers inflammation, aids incleansing your intestinal lining, and improves digestion.
Liquid Chlorophyll $26- mineral rich superfood that supports oxygenation of the body, healthy bones, increased energy, and overall vitality.
Pea Protein $39 - organic, single ingredient, pea protein powder to support muscular health and recovery.
Registration Details:
Register online by 5pm on May 27th. Be sure to select “basic” or “all-in” based on your meal preferences.
A welcome email will be sent on Friday, May 29th with additional information, the full program, and more.
Once registered, we ask you to go ahead and download the “GroupMe” app on your cell phones so you are ready to go once we add you into the private thread for all participants as well as add hello@eatatplant.com to your email contacts so our emails do not go to spam.
